JOB DESCRIPTION: A complete list of demands for this position will be

Business Analyst is responsible for build, maintenance, enhance and
optimize the Lawson applications. Support the Finance, Human Resource
and Material Management Operational staff to utilize the application
to its’ optimal capabilities. Current finance, human resource,
general ledger and accounts payable experience and knowledge is
critical to this role. Candidate will need to be highly flexible in
assignments across multiple departments in supporting the Lawson suite
of applications.Needs to have the ability to work within a fast paced
environment to deliver high quality solutions and play an integral
part of a cohesive team. Exceptional ability to work successfully with
Finance, Human Resources, Materials Management, Revenue Cycle and
Operational areas is required.This position will be responsible to
support, enhance and optimize Lawson’s suite: HR Management,
Financial Management, Expense Management and Supply Chain Management.
Work Experience:Minimum three years’ experience within a financial /
patient access setting or minimum two years IT Finance, Human Resource
and Supply Chain experience. Strong organizational, technical and
communication skills required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Technical / Equipment:
Licensure / Certification / Special Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Comments: Application On Call rotation and nights / weekends for
upgrades
