The Revenue Cycle Manager (Front-end) plays a vital role in developing, implementing, and enhancing Artera's billing strategy for its services. This position manages key front-end billing activities such as patient registration, eligibility checks, authorization, and up-front patient collections, aiming to streamline the revenue capture and management process. The Manager will identify inefficiencies in these areas, and work cross functionally to strategize improvements to optimize billing operations for lasting impact.


Essential Responsibilities:
<li style="">Partners with cross functional leadership to develop and facilitate the execution of the billing strategy.<li style="">Effectively manages order entry, eligibility and benefits verification, and preauthorization processes, maintaining a full understanding of the billing information systems.<li style="">Performs outreach to, and handles contact from patients, when necessary, regarding billing questions or concerns.<li style="">Works cross functionally to improve obtaining required billing information from clients, including at time of ordering and throughout the revenue cycle.&#160;<li style="">Develops and monitors operating procedures and, where necessary, implements changes in workflow to improve productivity.&#160;<li style="">Manages new client and carrier configurations in the billing system to ensure compliance with billing policies.<li style="">Develops recommendations and strategies based on analysis findings to optimize revenue cycle performance.<li style="">Assists as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:
<li style="">5+ years in relevant healthcare and RCM leadership experience.<li style="">Bachelor’s degree required.<li style="">Knowledge of laboratory billing systems preferred (e.g., LigoLab, TELCOR, XiFin).<li style="">Strong background in a clinical laboratory and/or medical device settings preferred.<li style="">Ability to think strategically about – and prioritize against – the entire revenue cycle.<li style="">Ability to act proactively, and identify and correct revenue leakage opportunities.<li style="">Ability to respond to change quickly and generate creative ideas and solutions to emerging business changes.Equal Employee Opportunity: At Artera, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients and physicians.
