About the role We are looking for a Support Officer Rural Products to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis. As Support Officer Rural Products, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career. Responsibilities As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:Assisting in the safe storage of rural productsHandling, receiving and dispatching of store stockPerforming rural products and logistics supportProviding administrative support for the processing of salesPerforming rural products sales (in store) as well as general shed and yard duties About you To excel at Elders, you: Are committed to the provision of high-quality customer service;Have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills, along with basic computer skillsAre able to work independently and have good time management skills;Ideally have some previous sales experience.Have a driver's license.
