Working closely with the Operations Director, other GE Aviation personnel, customers and regulatory authorities, deliver industries’ highest standards in component maintenance services to addressed markets, while ensuring planned financial returns for the business. Combine with account team management to develop and win new opportunities for sustainable growth.Essential Responsibilities: Customer satisfaction through the application of the highest standards of customer service, communication, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
The implementation and maintenance of globally consistent processes, practices and metrics to eliminate variation in service levels, resulting in maximum customer faith in the GE Aviation brand.
Profitable operations in both contract and non - contract servicing.
Budget setting and effective cost management to budgets.
Contract compliance and regulatory compliance in all activities.
Develop and maintain knowledge of, and adhere to, the Site Quality, Safety Management and EH&S policies and other compliance requirements. Bring forward for resolution any identified risks utilising provided systems.
Lead staff and work with peers and leaders to ensure the highest level of safety and environmental compliance.
Compliance to all GE Aviation guidelines and policies.
Ensure that all staff supervised are well trained and engaged in their roles.Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or relevant technical qualification and equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Operation and Supply Chain Management.Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics: Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams in a teaming environment.Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact to improve operational performance.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Effective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational ability.Competency in avionics maintenance and aircraft technical aspects.Experience utlising ERP systems.
