أنا : Mr. Job Job description: - Alnafitha is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help execute our digital marketing programs in support of our demand generation, customer marketing, brand awareness, and thought leadership goals. - In this position, you will work with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional peers in a variety of ways to help Alnafitha meet its buyers and customers where they are with the content that they need. You will manage a large portion of our paid digital media, constantly seeking opportunities to optimizing those investments to better engage our target audiences. You will understand our SEO strategies and help execute related tactics and programs across our web properties. You will have a basic understanding of our web technologies and help in myriad ways to keep those properties performing at a high level, likely including light web development work. You will use data to analyze and communicate the effectiveness of our digital investments. - This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and will be a key contributor on a Marketing team with the goal of being best-in-class. Key Responsibilities:• Manage all day-to-day operations, including ad trafficking, bid and budget management for the company's paid digital channels (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)• Ability to demonstrate not only breadth of PPC/SEM knowledge but also uncover opportunities within existing PPC/SEM platforms for R&D purposes.• Analyze all front end campaigns within the ad platforms (CTRs, CPCs, Avg. Position etc.) as well as proprietary back end data and website analytics to optimize conversions from our target audiences.• Help execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and elevate campaign landing pages.• Expand and test new opportunities and strategies to drive channel growth.• Traffic campaigns using both internal tracking system and advertiser / publisher platforms.• Communicate managed channel's performance and opportunities throughout the organization with frequent analysis and key performance metrics.• Concept, execute and measure A/B tests to improve channel efficiency.• Evaluate and advise on the use of new technologies, staying at the forefront of developments in digital marketing, benchmarking trends and competitor data. Qualifications:• 2+ years in digital marketing or a related field.• Experience with B2B search advertising.• Direct experience managing paid customer acquisition through Google AdWords and Bing Ads (Google AdWords and Bing Ads certification a plus).• Working Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other Analytics platforms.• Experience with ad management tools (such as Sizmek, Kenshoo, etc.) a plus but not required.• Experience with paid and organic analytics tools (such as SEMrush, Moz, or SimilarWeb) a plus.• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.• Ability to conduct research online and across social platforms and find “best of web” examples to model.• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.• Working knowledge of web design, UX and responsive design• experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems such as Drupal or Joomla a plus• Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment.• Desire to contribute to the hyper-growth and culture of a successful technology company.• Strong analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open ended problems.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.• International experience a plus.• Photoshop and image curation a plu
