Manage all aspects of civil projects from conceptual phase to final designManage and coordinate work efforts performedDevelop and nurture relationships with key clients in the regionAssist in direct marketing efforts, including proposal writing, trade show/conference attendance, etc.Responsibility for all aspects of projects: *cost control, staffing and quality controlSatisfy client requirementsMaintain industry recognition through prominence in state and regional professional associationsPromote and maintain the presence and image of EGIS in the marketplace*

BS in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of related experienceDrinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant modeling and design expertiseRegistered Professional Engineer in Indiana or the ability to obtain PE within 6 monthsFunding and Review Agency expertiseKnowledge and experience with plant operationsStrong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentDemonstrated leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentEstablished relationships with clientsActive in relevant professional organizations/societiesAn affirmative action participant EOE M/F/D/V/SO
