    As a Project Management Specialist at 360 Home Offers, you will be instrumental in overseeing and coordinating our projects from start to finish. This role is crucial in managing property transactions, ensuring efficient project execution, and enhancing operational workflows.     Transaction Management:

    • Manage seller communications and gather property information, ensuring transparency and clarity in every transaction.
    • Prepare and manage contracts, organize project documentation, and handle property transactions with efficiency.
    • Lead and align project teams, ensuring all members are focused on meeting seller needs and project timelines.
    • Facilitate property closings, coordinating with sellers and financial institutions to guarantee prompt and accurate payments.
    • Solve seller issues effectively, offering solutions such as housing referrals and handling inquiries about property specifics.
    Project Management & Communication:
    • Oversee project tasks with contractors, ensuring all work meets our standards and deadlines.
    • Monitor financial aspects, including invoices and expenses, maintaining precise records.
    • Manage project schedules, ensuring all key dates and deadlines are clearly communicated and met.
    • Ensure effective team communication through tools like Slack, maintaining alignment across all departments.
    • Continuously refine processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
    Property Listing & Operations:
    • Oversee property listings, collaborating with photographers and managing online platforms to ensure high visibility.
    • Manage utility services for properties, coordinating timely connections and disconnections.
    • Collaborate with financial partners to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely document processing.
    While the responsibilities outlined above form the core focus of your role, your hiring manager may assign additional relevant tasks as needed, to align with the evolving objectives of your position and the overall goals of our business.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Proven experience in end-to-end project management, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate both direct team members and cross-functional groups.
    • Excellent communication skills, proficient in both verbal and written formats.
    • Detail-oriented, especially proficient in managing contracts and financial documents.
    • Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and open to learning and introducing new technologies that can benefit the business.
    • Effective at problem-solving and innovating solutions.
    • Must own a computer with a high-quality webcam (relevant software and subscriptions provided).
    • Excellent English verbal and written language proficiency (C1-C2 in CEFR Scale).
    • Access to a quiet and presentable work area at home with reliable internet (50 mg or more).

    "NICE-TO-HAVE" QUALIFICATIONS


    • Project management credentials or certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile.&#160;
    • Background in real estate operations or transactions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with tools like MLS or advanced project management software.

    ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

    • Base Salary: Q12,000 base salary.
    • Role type: Full-time&#160;
    • Location: Guatemala (Remote - Work from home).
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

    <div class="h3"/>RECRUITING PROCESS
    &#160;
    • Application / Screening: When you apply for this position, we will ask you a short questionnaire to get to know you a little bit better and ask you for some additional inputs to see if you qualify for the position. In addition, we will ask you to complete a short psychometric evaluation and a short English proficiency assessment. The idea is to explore if this is a good fit before moving forward.
    • Skills Assessment: You will be asked to complete a few exercises and/or projects designed to recreate the work tasks that you will be responsible for if you are given the role. This helps us gauge your skill level as well as give you a better idea of the required work.
    • Skills Assessment Interview: This is a 60 min - 90 min conversation where we further test your skills, learn about your previous working experiences, and evaluate culture fit to the role and company.
    • Hiring Manager Final Interview: This is a 30 min - 60 min conversation with the position’s Hiring Manager (and potentially a few company team members) to get to know you better and to set the expectations and vision for the role.

    The entire process usually takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the seniority of the position.
