Key person responsible for growing the Account Manager level productivity through various tools such as better Account Planning, Targeting, Prioritization, Deployment, VCP strategy, Sales analytics & Funnel monitoring. Work with Commercial team to optimize win ratios. Build the foundation for regular competency mapping and construct a training strategy and execution plan across APAC for sales development.Essential Responsibilities:
    - Build Commercial ‘Go to market’ framework – territory mapping & opportunity identification

    - Rigorous account planning and channel strategies to be deployed

    - Building the Customer contact strategies through targeting & prioritization models

    - Building a sales force deployment plan to optimize market visibility alongside competitive strengths

    - Enable & drive a consistent analytics ecosystem – standardization in definition

    - Build a Growth room operating mechanism & rhythm to review funnel health in order to build a robust order forecasting accuracy

    - Lead VCP strategy and work with sub-regions for alignment to strategic commercial goals

    - Design & Lead Indirect channel strategy and governance at APAC level

    - Lead as appropriate the various Sales Operating Mechanisms and participate and lead in operating reviews and quarterly business reviews

    - Lead organization that develops and submits RFP and tender processes

    - Coordinate with global team on automating KYC customer setup

    - Implement risk-based commercial controls policy
    5.0 (SCORE)

    - Lead quarter-end Orders closing with finance and sub-region commercial teams

    - Provide functional leadership to ITO and CPQ organizations in APAC sub-regions

    - Lead as appropriate the various sales operating mechanisms

    - Metrics of measurement will be sustained improvement in commercial team productivity.Qualifications/Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

    - At least 10 years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Service organizations

    - Experience leading a team

    - Strong business acumen, good business knowledge and understanding of the commercial process

    - Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail.

    - Action and results oriented.

    - Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives

    - Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and customers at all levels

    - Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise

    - Fluent English.Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics:
    - MBA or equivalent
    - Exceptional skills as a change agent and process oriented individual
    - Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast paced organization
