Responsible for compliant administration and execution of internal and external clinical evaluation protocols. Assist with the development training materials and image collection. Work with product management and engineering to assure clinical excellence in product development. Essential Responsibilities: <UL>
Work closely with engineering and product management to provide clinical and technical GI Ultrasound development support, including, but not limited to:
Clinical scanning using pre and post-market with GI Ultrasound systems
Image quality evaluation and optimization
Customer feedback during external evaluations
Support the principal investigator in compliant administration and execution of clinical study protocols.
Maintain current credentials in Human and Animal Testing procedures - Maintain current credentials in Good Clinical Practices (GCP) procedures
Assist with recruiting and maintaining study subject database
Perform HHUS scanning to clinical study protocols
Support the development and deployment of GI Ultrasound clinical training material.
Deliver training to GE field applications personnel and/or customers on GI Ultrasound operation, technical and clinical workflow, software, application and/or general equipment use
Identify and document customer satisfaction improvement opportunities
Use market and competitive knowledge to assist development team to realize product improvement ideas.
Comply with the provided training requirements to perform and become proficient with all products Qualifications/Requirements: <UL>
Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to perform ultrasound scanning on live patients in a clinical environment (ARDMS/RVT)
Significant clinical/technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Representation in meetings and tradeshows may additionally be required.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, using local language Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics: <UL>
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field
Multiple RDMS registries and RVT preferred
Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms
. Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)
Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
