Road Map:

This role will become knowledgeable of our industry; gaining an understanding of industry norms and trends to produce the most compelling work. This position will be responsible for the visual representation and management of the Bestpass-Fleetworthy brand across various platforms, including website, intranet, collateral, case studies, social media, email, direct mail, and online/offline advertising. This position works closely with internal stakeholders and outside agencies.


Creates and executes design strategy for use by Marketing (primary) and other internal stakeholders (as needed)<li style="">Conceptualizes ideas and produces design solutions across a variety of platforms and environments such as:

• Web projects from conception to completion while applying Bestpass brand standards&#160;
• Physical and digital direct mailers for high-value customers and prospects&#160;
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure that all external communications follow brand standards and meet Bestpass quality standards&#160;
• Responsible for brand book and guidelines&#160;

5-10 years of graphic design experience in a mid to large-sized organization<li style="">Experience in working within a brand family with multiple products<li style="">Familiarity and/or hands-on experience with HTML is preferred<li style="">Knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, and production management<li style="">Ability to give and receive professional constructive feedback<li style="">Strong communication skills in a team environment: oral, written, and presentation<li style="">Exemplifies Bestpass core competencies and values</ul>This role is budgeted $90,000 to $95,000 per year to start.
