- Develop and deliver annual product operating plans (new account volumes, total account volumes , utilisation, receivables, total income) to drive growth and profitability objectives
- Using portfolio/customer insights to develop and deliver portfolio management strategies to optimise performance of the book
- Design, delivery and maintenance of core customer value proposition and product set up/parameters
- Manage product pricing for new and existing products - including features, benefits and customer offers
- Manage budgets and forecasts to actively drive product, pricing and portfolio strategies
- Manage product profitability and performance reporting, and benchmarking against market performance and trends
- Develop and deliver business improvement opportunities, that drive the key strategic objectives for the product/portfolio
- Manage implementation of regulatory changes to product/portfolio
- Manage key relationship across internal and external stakeholders in order to drive the key strategic objectives for the businessQualifications/Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in credit cards, or similar financial services products
- Bachelor Degree Required - Business, Finance and Marketing
- Strong experience in 'end-to-end' product development and product management processes and disciplines.
- Track record of successful development/ implementation of portfolio management initiatives
- Must have ability to demonstrate customer-centric approach to service delivery while meeting challenging business objectives
- Effective influencer and able to navigate internal and external organisations to build and leverage relationships.
- Financial Services experience within a retail environment (supermarkets or branches) is desirable
- Strong commercial acumen
- Outcome-driven, with strong aptitude for solving complex problems
- Naturally collaborative with a strong emphasis on building and leveraging internal and external relationships
