To provide excellent phone-based customer services to all customers by assisting with a range of inquiries and supplying correct information. Channelling inquiries to the appropriate place where required and portraying a professional image as the first point of contact.Essential Responsibilities: Sales Generation
Generating new business by offering a range of GE products, including; personal loans, insurance, and auto loans. Specifically:
Making outbound calls to existing customers
Taking inbound calls, servicing customers and completing customer applications where appropriate.
Collecting relevant customer personal and financial information
Providing customers with the features and benefits of our products for them to make informed decisions.
Introducing new GE and external products where applicable
Executing on all team and individual objectives
Supporting marketing campaigns and tracking customer correctly
Developing thorough understanding of direct sales products, policies and procedures and sales processes
Accounts Management
Ensure all customer interactions are of a high standard. This includes building rapport, listening, good questioning etc. (Measured through call evaluations, customer feedback and pulse checks)
Proactively working to retain customers and using EEEO (End every encounter with an offer) on every call.
Average call handle time meets requirements
Minimum calls and applications handled per dayQualifications/Requirements: Completion of Secondary (High School) Qualification or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in customer service/sales
