Support Marketing Strategic imperatives and initiatives to ensure fulfillment of business requirements.Essential Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Implement growth playbook planning processes/strategies in order to drive market rigor
- Communicate market information to Commercial teams.
- Maintain market segmentation view on an on-going basis.
- Lead best practices/tools sharing across teams (CECOR). Drive marketing processes simplification.
- Co-ordinate the annual marketing budget plan, in alignment with overall business vision, between regional segment leaders, general manager and finance team.
- Developing region marketing plan (with input from stakeholders), and value proposition which is provided to modality and regional teams for localization & execution
- Support Marketing team to drive segmentation initiatives at local level in coordination with local marketing teams
- Coordinate, integrate and manage roll-out of Marketing related Campaigns
- Ensuring regional/operational plans & executions are in accordance with stated global marketing plan (value proposition, positioning, marketing mix, etc.)

3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredQualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent (defined as an Associates Degree and at least 10 years experience in healthcare capital equipment or medical devices product marketing)
2. 10 years experience in product marketing (in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering)
3. 3 years experience in Marketing leadership with direct reports
4. Excellent oral and written communications skillsAdditional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics: 1. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing
2. Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
