Position OverviewThis position is responsible for the operation of company vehicles safety and security of cargo load/unload supplies pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting on inspection results.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and adhere to all state and federal DOT regulationsOperate other mobile equipment as necessaryMaintain Current Class A or Class B licenseMaintain all equipment as necessaryWhat is expected of you and others at this levelHas developed skills through formal training or considerable work experienceWorks within established proceduresCompletes work with a moderate degree of supervisionMinimum Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred1-2 years? relevant experience requiredPhysical Requirements and Working EnvironmentMust be able to stand/sit for an extended period of timeAbility to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 poundsMust be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feetWorks indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperaturesWorking conditions could include: dust fumes moderate noise and uneven surfacesTravel RequiredThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
