- Responsible for development of various artefacts required for successful project delivery of integration web / middleware projects

- Work with a diverse range of IT teams to execute development projects

- Improve processes and standards within GE Capital for delivery of projects

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to internal stakeholders for web / integration related workEssential Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Stakeholder Management

- Development and delivery of Web / Integration projects

- Representation in estimations for projects

- Create strong relationships across GE IT to expedite solution delivery

- Key contact for internal stakeholders to help in technology and design direction

Quality Management

- Develop standards, templates, best practices and guidelines for work-products and processes

- Collaborate with project managers to plan, monitor and control solution delivery.

- Assist in risk identification and mitigation.

- Work with solution architects and vendors to ensure that quality standards are metQualifications/Requirements: 1. 5+ yrs. experience as Integration developer with experience in multiple projects in J2EE

2. 3+ yrs. experience with IBM Websphere technology stack

3. Experience in projects executed across onshore and offshore development teams

4. Strong presentation and interpersonal skillsAdditional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics: 1. Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in a complex application stack.
2. Experience in the following technology domains will be highly regarded:a. Document managementb. Enterprise integrationc. Web-based User Interfacesd. Database managemente. Security and identity

11. Experience with various code versioning systems such as Subversion etc.
