Position description :
Responsible in overall accounting operations: report, taxation and ensure they are well prepared and managed to keep accounting up-to-date, in accordance with accounting standards, but also with company policy.Verify and record the Company's related financial transactions in the accounting software according to the scheme discussed with the CFO (account / project code)Prepare the Company's General LedgerMaintain periodic Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Inventory listsMaintain lists of Fixed Assets and their depreciationsPrepare all the payment transactionsUpdate invoicing / payments follow-upPerform monthly bank reconciliation and loan interest calculationPrepare Company's tax returns and social contributionsAssist in the preparations for the year-end audit including providing all necessary documents, establishing relationship with external auditorsControl expenses : suppliers, agencies, expense claims, payroll, petty cashPrepare sales invoicesAssist on Financial control of operations : JV partners accounts, advance management, check expenses in relation with forecastAssist on financial process (budget, forecast, closures)Interface with the Company Secretary and ensure legal documentation update (ACRA, RORC etc…)Complies with GST requirements by studying requirements and preparing documents for GST submission.IRA21 Filing

Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or Diploma in FinanceMinimum 3 years relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience / Experience in international environment is an advantageSelf-driven, DynamicGood analytical skills, high attention to detailsInitiative and ability to plan and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlinesLanguage: Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is essentialComputer skills: Accounting ERP, Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Other: Taxation
