- Design and contribute to state-of-the-art cloud provider solutions for high-performance computing, AI training, and inference workloads, focusing on Observability and MLOps.
- We aim to enhance the resilience and stability of our systems through thoughtful software improvements, aiming for bulletproof fault tolerance and observability.
- Champion DevOps and SRE principles through automation, thought leadership, and close collaboration within our engineering tribe.
- Enhance customer experience by improving case handling—strive for proactive responses, rich insights, and automated resolutions.
- Develop robust documentation to streamline the handling of recurring reliability issues, paving the way for junior SREs to take the helm confidently.
- Identify and implement scalable solutions to address technical challenges within our stack, setting new benchmarks for innovation.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Brings at least 4 years of relevant experience, shining as a strategic thinker in technical, market, and business discussions.
- Boasts strong programming chops in Python, Golang, or PHP and thrives when picking up new technologies.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in the Grafana stack and observability, from time series to logging and tracing.
- Has hands-on experience with bare metal environments, Qemu/Libvirt/KVM hypervisor, K8s, and Hashicorp Nomad, and knows how to instrument these platforms for peak performance.
- Believes that thorough documentation isn’t just necessary but a pillar of excellent engineering.
- Is well-versed in modern distributed systems and infrastructure scaling strategies, always ready to tackle the next big challenge.

Compensation
$125,000 – $150,000
This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
