Position description :
**** Follow-up of Monthly reporting, analysis of variance between actuals, forecasts, and budget.**** Preparation of a presentation of monthly KPI for the executive leadership team.**** Budget and forecasts (x3) instructions.**** Manage and enhance Group timetable for budgeting and forecasting processes.**** Excel modeling of the business model to improve the quality of the previsions and the accuracy of financial statements.**** Animate the bottom-up business plan.**** Definition of the financial calendar and coordination of the production of the various presentations.**** Contribute to actual and planning instructions to regional finance teams.**** Preparation of board and executive leadership team presentation.**** Creation of a reporting deck to present the performance of the organization in the new operating model.**** Coordinating the 4 regions / 3 business lines to ensure overall objectives are met.**** Accountable of the production of documentation for financial rules.**** Lead and develop FP&A Group department.**** Support regional finance organization to ensure common understanding of processes, to control their application and actively contribute to their improvement.**** Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness, foster standardization and reduce costs by utilizing technologies (supported by Financial Systems Teams).**** Responsible for ad hoc analysis on specific set of KPIs and become the referent within the Finance organization on these KPIs.**** Analysis of Working Capital.

Graduated from a Business School, Engineering school or equivalent in Finance with 6/7 years of experience in international environment.Advanced Excel skills, data model and data crunching, the knowledge of a BI tool or an EPM is a plus.Business oriented with curiosity.High capability to adopt the change and spread it worldwide in a complex environment.Analytical skills and attention to detail is a must.Organization and planning skills.Autonomous and proactive to improve reporting process.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Fluent in English and in French.
