The Construction managers evaluate and help determine appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project. They divide all required construction site activities into logical steps, budgeting the time required to meet established deadlines.

•Responsible for completion of assigned projects within budget and schedule while meeting quality and safety goals of the company.
•Supervise the activities of all projects activities including determining schedules, schedule of values, subcontractor selection, and submittal approvals.
•Visits job sites regularly and together with Project Manager, implements changes in methods, procedures, and timing.
•Participates in regular meetings for management and contractors when required.
•Prepares various reports to successfully manage the project, such as: monthly progress analysis and schedules, billings, and status reports.
•Ensures compliance with contract requirements.
•Supervises documentation of all significant project events.
•Directs pre-construction services and activities.
•Maintains quality control, integrity and excellence of completed project.
•Works collaboratively with managers to ensure project is procured and constructed within the boundaries of the company’s best practices while conforming to technical requirements.
•Manages the expediting of specialized manpower, materials, subcontracts and equipment.
•Organizes schedules and working to tight deadlines.
