You have recently received a communication from us regarding the tabling of Bill 9. We invite you to read the following information to better inform you of the steps you could take and the potential avenues for could apply to your situation.





You applied for permanent selection under the Regular Skilled Worker Program before August 2, 2018?


We strongly encourage all applicants who have applied for permanent selection under the Regular Skilled Worker Program by August 2, 2018 to file a declaration of interest in Arrima .


The purpose of this system is to improve the match between the needs of the labor market and the profile of persons invited to apply for immigration, as well as to reduce processing times for these applications. The Ministry plans to make a decision on a request for permanent selection submitted following an invitation on the basis of the declaration of interest within an average period of 6 months .





Do you stay in Quebec as a temporary foreign worker?


Bill n o 9 does not alter the conditions of your stay in Quebec or the rules for issuing work permits, which exclusively under federal jurisdiction.


Any renewal of a work permit requires first steps on the part of your employer. You will then need to make sure you submit your work permit renewal application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before the expiry of your current residence authorization.


We also invite you to read the terms and conditions of the Quebec Experience Program , a simplified permanent selection program specifically designed for temporary foreign workers in employment in Quebec and for foreign students graduating from Quebec. Full applications received under this program are processed in priority , in an average of 20 working days , excluding postal delays.


The Quebec Experience Program is not affected by Bill 9 and you can apply at any time.





A Quebec employer offered you a permanent job?


Persons with a job offer validated by the Department and filing a declaration of interest in Arrima will be invited to apply for permanent selection under the Regular Skilled Worker Program.


N Bill o 9 does not alter the decision of the Ministry regarding the application for validation of employer job. This remains valid , notwithstanding the timing of the Department's decision.





Do you work in your own account in Quebec or do you want to develop a business project?


Depending on the nature of your project in Quebec, you may also be interested in learning about the Self- Employed Program or the Entrepreneur Program . Candidate entrepreneurs or self-employed individuals with advanced intermediate level French can apply at any time .

هل دة صحيح؟


3-هل ممكن افتح express entry و arrima في نفس الوقت و الى ربنا يكرم بية الأول؟

1- لا في كيبك بيتحسب بكالوريوس عادي
2-لا ده مش بكالوريوس صيدلة للأسف صيدلة مالهاش نقط زيادة
3-اه طبعا مافيش اي تعارض

السلام عليكم ياجماعة
انا جتني CSQ وقدمت المرحلة الفيدرالية ببشهر يناير 2019 وعملت اكاونت وضافولي على اكاونتي progress bar بيعطيني انه المعاملة رح تخلص بديسمبر 2020 شهر وكل فترة وفترة بتزيد المدة بالاول كانت سبتمبر 2020 والحين وصلت ديسمبر 2020 ...ممكن اعرف ليش هيك بتضلها تزيد ؟؟؟ انا زهقت وانا انتظر 😢.
علما اني بصمت بيومتريك بالسفارة ،،ممكن اعرف شو الخطوة القادمة ؟ وفي عندي سؤال ياريت تجاوبوني عليه ..هلأ انا حامل وعم افكر اطلع فيزة زيارة واروح اولد بكندا ....هل ممكن تأثر هاي الخطوة سلبا على ملف هجرتي ؟
