About the role We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Townsville Branch on a permanent, full-time basis . Our Receptionist is the first person our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to perform required tasks. Responsibilities Physical presentation of front office including displays.Handling client queries and / or referring on to specialised staff as required.Being first point of call for visitors to Branch including Clients and StaffResponsible for collection and sorting of correspondence and deliveriesSupport branch administration which may include banking, purchasing, reporting, book keeping / reconciling accounts, promotions, marketing and any other administrative activities as required About you Have previous administration experienceAble to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environmentAre smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technologyAre passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your communityHave an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients If you are ready to grow your career with Elders, please click on 'Apply' today.
