The Role:
In this role your main responsibilities includes the following:
- Sales of Toyota genuine parts to institutional, government and fleet customers
- Leader of sales team (5-8 sales persons)
- Responsible for achieving sales volume and profitability targets
- Responsible for liasing with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Specifically, you are expected to manage the following:
- Develop, maintain and extend client relationships in person, through telephone calls & emails.
- Analyze client performance and provide reports.
- Research & analyze competition, competitive issues, products, and industry trends.
- Participate in trade exhibitions / shows & travel to visit clients.
- Arranging meeting with potential customers to develop business.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses & requirements.
- Feeding future buying trends back to management - MIS feedback.
- Attending team meetings & sharing best practices with other team members.
- Identifying untapped potential through market surveys & dealer feedback with the objective of increasing the spread of parts availability on a pan UAE basis.
- Recommending the appointment of dealers after assessing their capabilities and negotiation of commercial terms.
- Setting performance targets of dealers, monitoring their performance and providing regular feedback to them.
- Setting up appropriate commercial terms to dealers including discounts, payments terms etc.
- Initiating an internet marketing plan for parts & accessories.
- Day-to-day client relationship management & work with each client to establish target, goals & objectives.
- Developing team skills through coaching & training.
- Implementation of the Toyota Way'.
