Position Purpose:

The JCAL Career Consultant provides support for JCAL candidates/participants in preparation for employment and/or life skills. They play a critical role in ensuring JCAL candidates/participants are supported through their employment journey and*fully understand the employment pathways, preparation and*placement requirements*too.

Career Consultants are responsible for effective case management, document and information/knowledge management and the appropriate application of JCAL process and policy within regulatory requirements..

Experience in Employment Services is highly desirable but not*a must.

We also welcome people who have worked previously in roles that rely on giving great service and achieving targets. The skills particular to roles in recruitment, sales*and the* service industry will be suited to becoming a*JCAL Career* Consultant.

JCAL will provide full training, we will help you reinvent yourself* into a JCAL Career Consultant!

Essential

High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Eligible to work in Australia

Current driver’s license

Criminal History check /Background check
