Coinbase Canada is the easiest, safest, and most trusted crypto currency exchange in Canada. We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to own our product experience for Canadians. What you’ll be doing:

• Own product development for Coinbase Canada
  
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  
• Understand Coinbase Canada’s market opportunity and bring compliant, innovative products to Canadians *from conception to launch.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap
  
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
  
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.
  
• Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
  

What we look for in you:

• 5+ years of product management experience
  
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
  
• Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills
  
• Previous experience working in software product management
  
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
  
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  
• Fluent in English and based in Toronto or Ottawa
  

Nice to haves:

• Experience with general management, market launcher, or strategy and operations roles in high-growth start-ups, tech, finance
• Experience working in the Crypto industry (expertise not a prerequisite but willingness to learn and enthusiasm essential)
• French speaking

Pay Transparency Notice:*The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).


Pay Range: $185,500—$185,500 CAD
