We specialise*in empowering people with a*disability, illness or health condition to improve*their circumstances*through a range of training,*support and employment opportunities.

We have over 200 employees and have offices across NSW and QLD.

We are seeking a support worker on a casual*basis working across our two sites on the Central Coast (Gosford and Wyong) NSW

You will

• Engage participants through creative development and delivery of workshops
• Mentor participants in their personal development
• Provide travel training
• Manage challenging behaviours
• Work with local employers to identify and establish work experience and employment opportunities
• Collaborate with coordinators and staff across all sites
• Promote inclusiveness within the program

You have

• Relevant qualifications (or working towards) in Community Services or Education
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in an ever changing environment
• Minimum 12 months experience in a relevant field or transferable experience from a different industry
• An understanding of the NDIS

Essential ************************

• Eligible to work in Australia
• Current driver’s license
• Current Working with Children’s Check
• Current Police Check
