Position Purpose:
JCAL Employment Consultants will welcome and onboard our candidates to JCAL services.
A JCAL Employment Consultant will provide*support for JCAL candidates*in preparation for employment and/or life skills. They play a critical role in ensuring JCAL candidates are supported and fully understand the employment preparation and placement requirements and pathways available to them.

Experience in Employment Services is highly desirable but not*a must.
We also welcome people who have worked previously in roles that rely on giving great service and achieving targets. The skills particular to roles in recruitment, sales*and the* service industry will be suited to becoming a*JCAL Employment* Consultant.
JCAL will provide full training, we will help you reinvent yourself* into a JCAL Employment Consultant!
Essential
High level of computer literacy (word, excel, outlook)
Eligible to work in Australia
Current driver’s license
