Sr. Solution Architect [SW 01]:
•Establishing and maintaining the strategic Enterprise Architecture at a system/subsystem level.
•Participate in establishing Enterprise Architecture principles, standards and guidelines based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.
•Practice applying Enterprise Architecture methodology such as TOGAF and FEAF to collect and document the different Architectural components and views of services and applications.
•Participate in writing and designing the Technical Terms of reference and architecture of different request for proposal (RFP) for multiple Initiatives and project.
•Managing and leading software development projects and architecture and design of different parts that build up the Enterprise Solution.
•Utilizing Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) Standards to organize development cycle and procedures in terms of Software Artifacts and deliverables.

Consulting Manager [SW 02]:
•Managing projects from A to Z with respect to the managerial and technical aspects.
•Acting as the focal point with the client and presenting the reports to the stakeholders.
Performing accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of clients' functions in order to develop systems that best suit their requirements
•Managing day-to-day client relationships as well as planning and organizing the delivery of all required modules through leading team efforts
•Proactively identifying and developing solutions to issues that may impede the progress of project/program objectives
•Providing technical support and assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing management solutions
•Leading team of consultants and providing them with the required mentoring, training and coaching
•Assisting in technical proposal development, as requested

Delivery Manager [SW 03]
•Coordinating all delivery activities and acting as the escalation point for all development issues specific to projects
•Providing overall development project leadership, and directing project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes
•Ensure complete understanding of the development estimate and project scope - lead development team to deliver project within the framework of the given estimate and assumptions
•Coordinating with the development teams and vendors to ensure the right teams are working on the right build components at the right time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals
•Mentoring Project Managers on IT methodology and drive consistent processes
•Participating in steering committee meetings.

Sr. E-Business Solutions Manager [ SW 04]
•Identifying, understanding, negotiating and documenting business requirements with various groups.
•Defining and gaining agreement on a project budget and ensuring project tracks to the budget.
•Analyzing and documenting requirements and use appropriate techniques to refine, decompose, review and validate requirements.
•Providing in-depth business & technical strategy for systems solutions, identifying business gaps and correlating to potential solutions.
•Developing and managing direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the e-business solutions are aligned with their goals and priorities.
•Managing the delivery of business cases, scope and requirement documents, use-case documentation and test plans.
•Executing on project plans and assisting others in executing on project plans across the various Groups.
•Participate in penetrating into new markets

Sr. SharePoint and K2 Developer [SW 05]
•Delivering business technology solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment with Microsoft SharePoint Services.
•Delivering high quality engagements around SharePoint technology in client environments.
•Developing solutions using Microsoft methodologies in complex customer environments.
•Designing and developing integrated solutions using SharePoint technology.
