This position operates with minimal supervision and has the authority to make business decisions that impact the day-to-day operations. This role will require hands on customer experience together with experience in logistics and supply chain.Essential Responsibilities: This position will have overall responsibility for guiding and administering commercial support to key strategic accounts in ANZ. The position will also be responsible for leading the quotation and order process and partnering with the customers and suppliers in the order management process. This will be known as one stop shop – fully focused on being the customers contact with GE Lighting alongside their account manager:

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the below:


1. Effectively manage sales order processing – order acknowledgement, confirm pricing and ensure order is processed meeting customer requirements.


2. Manage supply chain process with MDC (Singapore), and key suppliers in tracking customer orders and communicating lead-time to the customer nominated contacts.


3. Inventory purchase orders – placing orders, tracking delivery, customs and customer required date and actively drive inbound processing including goods receiving.


4. Effectively work with customers in managing vessel schedules, documents and action discrepancies relating to deliveries.


5. Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reporting on specific customers.


6. Ad hoc requests and support leaders as needed.


7. Proactively identify opportunities and continuously review changes.


8. Responsibility for all strategic account policies and procedures.


9. Drive Local PSO process connecting PM team, Finance & APO team.Qualifications/Requirements:

Qualifications


- Experience – Minimum 3 year experience in a commercial environment with growing level of responsibility covering:
Setup Customers in local books
Order processing in local books
Generating Purchase orders in Local & Overseas books
Co- ordinate with suppliers for production schedules
Co-ordinate shipments with customer appointed forwarders
Ability to manage projects


- Tertiary Qualifications – Diploma or Certificate in business management.
