Review of monthly Fleetline statements
Investigate and reconcile any statement anomalies
Create a manual statements based on investigation and reconciliation
Review General Ledger Balances on loans
Close loans in the Operating system
Maintain Asset details
Review and reconcile Overdue Interest where required
Email final monthly statements to the Sales Team
All requests to be attended to within the agreed SLA's
Group Inbox - Facilitator
Review and allocate emails in the Group Inbox
Assign emails to other team members based on the duties roster
Maintain the Group Inbox spreadsheet
Processing of Maxisave Requests, Refunds, Fees & B2P payments
Maintaining Customers Risk Ratings
All requests to be attended to within the agreed SLA's
Payouts, Payments, Allocations & Investigation
Prepare Payout Requests
Manage payment & allocation requests from Banking, Sales & clients
Prepare EF portfolio monthly reporting
Prepare the Cheque Register for Banking
All requests to be attended to within the agreed SLA's
PPSR, Interest Rates, Credit Limits, DD File & Post Settlements
Prepare and action all PPSR Requests
Prepare and process any Interest or Credit Limit requests
Maintain Daily Direct Debit files
Maintain monthly Payment Arrangement Requests
Post settlement checking of all new facilities and loans
Maintain customer statement Master list and Quarterly Rate Roll
All requests to be attended to within the agreed SLA's

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Be able to manage and deliver on a high volume of requests.
Be able to build and maintain key working relationships with internal and external business units.
Be flexible with working hours, as there may be occasions in this role that require work outside the normal hours to deliver on some requests.
Be available to participate in Projects as the Operations SME.
COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES & MEASURES:

- Immediately escalate any potential compliance issues to your leader and/or the Compliance Leader
- Assist with achievement of 95% completion rates for all reports on the monthly compliance training when due
- Discuss and review compliance in EMS and mid-year reviews with your teamQualifications/Requirements: Must have a minimum of two years working in an accounts receivable role or similar
Previous experience using a web or mainframe based operating system.
Experience with reconciling accounts from an operating system
Knowledge of the Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS) would be preferred but not a must
Proficiency in excel and word
