About the Job:

We are looking to identify a Facility H & S Maintenance*Executive to*facilitate the smooth transportation of Training Delegates in to Jebel Ali Free Zone. This person will also manage the general maintenance of the Automotive Training Academy and*ensure safe working practices are observed throughout the academy.Your primary responsibilities will cover; - Ensuring all delegates and visitors to the training centre can gain access with minimum inconvenience. Including the processing of gate passes.
- Managing the maintenance of the Training Facility to ensure all required equipment is available and ready for the smooth running of a training event.
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with all Health & Safety rules and regulations.
- Responsibility for the tracking and reporting of accidents and near misses.
- Effective and movement of Delegates and Visitors in and around the Free Zone.
- Drive to collect and return delegates as appropriate, within the Free Zone or further afield as necessary.
- Considering the costs of repairs and maintenance and sourcing cost effective solutions. Tracking the fees paid for day and week passes into the JAFZA Free Zone.
