1.Responsible for implementation of project execution plan. He ensures timely completion of all works within the specified budget.

2.To carry out all the construction activities as per required standards through optimum utilization of resources.

3.The incumbent shall be responsible for achieving project productivity & schedule targets while meeting QHSE standards.

4.Preparation of detailed work plans and develops schedules to execute construction works as per contract requirements.

5.Foresee resource requirement and ensure their availability.

6.Ensure the optimal efficiency of the equipment & personnel.

7.Approval of site subcontracts, site change orders and claims, follow up of progress of the projects and recommend action plans for improving the performance and site productivity.

8.Planning and follow up the material and equipment delivery to site.

9.Supervising the site organization with multi-discipline project and execute the work as per construction program with the set of performance parameter.

10.Preparing overall plan for execution & lease with planning department, on detailed program, program preparation, resource allocation & monitor program duration and outputs, taking corrective actions with budgetary allowance.
