Will analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within our organizationOversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions.Responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.Ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of accounting tasks.Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivableProduce error-free periodic accounting reportsAnalyze financial information and summarize financial statusParticipate in financial standards setting and in budgets forecast processProvide input into department’s goal setting processPrepare financial statementsAssist with auditsPlan, assign and review staff’s workSupport month-end and year-end close processDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsPrepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.Prepare adjusting journal entries.Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.Experience: 5 - 8 years
