Responsibilities

• Balance the needs of users with the growth strategy of the company
• Contribute to and manage the execution of the Product Roadmap
• Act as the product owner and project manager for the assigned product set
• Conduct analysis and understand workflows to lead to the product design and solution
• Write comprehensive user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
• Work closely with the development teams to prioritize work
• Own the end to end process of the product release and the Go to Market Product Launch, internally and externally
• Forecast timelines and communicate status
• Communicate and actively work to mitigate risks to budget, resources, and timeline
• Foster collaboration and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback; listen and communicate effectively setting appropriate and clear expectations
• Ability to explain workflows and value to the technical team while also being able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
