Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Sanitarian to join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location. A Sanitarian is responsible for the sanitation and equipment maintenance of the mill. Responsibilities:Ensure the mill and loadout areas are clean at all timesSanitation activities: Sweeping floors, vacuuming, shoveling, hand brushing, scraping, etcMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulationsMust learn and execute basic equipment maintenance to improve production reliabilityCommunicate effectively with Mill Operators and maintenance department and assist when needed Qualifications:This role requires lifting up to 50 lbsMust be willing to work a rotating shift schedule and overtimeAbility to work in conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremesAbility to communicate effectively Richardson provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive wages, flexible benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, training and career development opportunities.
