For more information please visit https://www.andersonsinc.com/?Position OverviewThe e-commerce inside sales role is responsible for connecting with customers across various online platforms in which The Andersons sells nutrient products direct to homeowners.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow portfolio of customer accounts and assist to maintain and develop existing business with assigned accounts.Monitor ongoing sales and assists on day-to-day customer needs providing details on product availability assist customers with challenges.Support e-commerce regulatory work and issues as they arise working with turf teamSupport management in monitoring of Amazon account identifying and addressing issues as they ariseAssist in the processing of monthly invoicesDevelop and maintain reporting relating to sales marketing and other related functionsWhat is expected of you and others at this levelHas general awareness of business financials products/services and the marketComplexity is limited territory/account products/services or sales processHas very limited authority and opportunity to set and negotiate product/service termsRelies on manager to provide planning and manage resources.Grow portfolio of customer accounts by contacting dormant and potential customers/clients and assist to maintain and develop existing business with assigned accounts.Monitor ongoing sales and assists on day-to-day customer needs providing details on product availability assist customers with challenges.Minimum Qualifications & SkillsBachelor?s Degree required2-3 years? relevant experience requiredThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
