Role Purpose: - To be involved in a business support function enabling GTC Marketing and Sales Management to take appropriate Sales and Marketing decisions by providing them timely Sales Analysis Reports. Principal Accountabilities: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide Sales information support services to GTC Regional Sales Management. 2. Update all the sales reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis for the GTC and Supplier Management. 3. Analyze the sales and update the management with the progress and results by regions and by channel. 4. Update and send the daily reports to GTC management 5. Collect the information from the sales team to prepare the region’s trade stock reports for TMM and principals on monthly basis and update in the system accordingly. 6. Prepare the Regional Inventory Sales and Balances Report on weekly and monthly basis for GTC and Supplier Management. 7. Prepare top 50 customers report Region-wise by brand for the GTC Head Office and regional sales management. 8. Coordinate with the BIS Dept to generate the sales reports as per the management requirement. 9. Close coordination with TMMs and RSM on Sales KPI’s and priorities. 10. Assist and coordinate with the TMMs on Sales Cycle Meeting. 11. Follow up and consolidate the sales estimate from regional sales team for the monthly flash. 12. Handle any other duties assigned by management. Technical / Professional Knowledge & Skills: • Sales Operations • High Computer literacy • Presentation skills • Analytical Skills & problem solving
