This will be achieved in the most cost effective and timely manner.Essential Responsibilities: Safe and timely transportation of product as per SOPs/WIDs
? Maintaining accurate and neat documentation as per SOPs/WIDs and CGMP
? Assist in the preparation and dispatch of bulk and sample shipments
? Delivery of frozen product to customers
? Delivery of shipments to freight forwarder
? Ensure shipments are loaded into airfreight/seafreight containers as per SOP/WID requirements
? Packaging of frozen serum
? Pick up and transportation of consumables from approved suppliers
? Maintain & clean Freezer and Warehouse storage areas
? Clean vehicles and maintain vehicle logbooks
? Preparing serum for transport to off site storage
? Loading and unloading trucks on arrival
? Assist with loading bottles and serum for filling
? Assist with loading in bottles and serum for filtrations
? Boxing up of raw and finished serum
? Assist in preparing serum for shipment
? Truck driving as required
? Comply with EHS (Health & Safety) regulations and policies
? Any other tasks that may be reasonably requested

Quality Specific Goals:

1. Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concession and Regulatory Assurance requirements as associated with this job type/position.

2. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

3. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

4. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Computer skills at an basic level

2. Very flexible working hours will be expected

3. Car drivers license essential

4. Fork Truck and (minimum medium ridgid) Truck license preferred

5. Hazardous Goods license an advantage

6. Current OSH Certificate for the operation of a forklift.

7. Experience in a regulated warehouse / shipping / production role would be beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree

- Experience in an Import/Export

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, OutlookAdditional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics: 1. Knowledge and experience in the serum for cell culture industry
